Absolutely blown away by Temple Bar. People always say it’s a “tourist trap”, but honestly it’s anything but. The atmosphere is unbelievable – the music, the Guinness, the Christmas spirit… everything comes together perfectly.

It’s easily the best pub experience I’ve ever had. The live music is top-tier, the staff are brilliant, and the whole place just has this energy you can’t manufacture. Yes, it’s busy, but that’s because it’s genuinely fantastic.

If you’re in Dublin, you simply have to go. A proper Irish pub experience and worth every minute. 🎄🍺🇮🇪

Recently visited this historic place in Dublin during an evening walk. The Temple Bar Pub is a true institution with an incredible atmosphere — live traditional music, a lively crowd, and that classic Irish vibe right in the heart of the city. Yes, it’s very touristy and always busy, but that energy is part of the experience. A few pints of Guinness here are simply unmatched. Definitely a must-visit when in Dublin. 🍺🎶

We were shocked to walk in (just before Halloween/Samhain) and see the place already decked out for Christmas. Had a drink to say we did, not as expensive as people say, listened to the live music for a bit then left! Definitely busy but worth it for the atmosphere! Friendly Staff!

The pub perfectly embodies the classic Irish spirit with its bright red exterior and traditional, charming interior.

Inside, you'll find LIVE traditional MUSIC playing throughout the day, creating an infectious, celebratory atmosphere.

While it's VERY TOURISTY and ALWAYS PACKED, the sheer energy and buzz are completely worth experiencing. Be prepared for HIGH PRICES, but consider it the cost of admission for truly iconic surroundings.
