1. Ordering from The Temple Bar Pub   

1.1 All private orders are to be processed through our online shop – https://thetemplebarpub.com/shop

2. Online orders

Once your online order with The Temple Bar Pub has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure you enter a valid email address. Sometimes the emails can reach your Spam/Junk Inbox, please make sure you check these. Your order can only be confirmed once our credit card has gone through and been accepted by our payment gateway.  

3. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order starts its delivery journey to you. Cancel by e-mailing us at admin@thetemplebarpub.net. In the event of you canceling your order before the order starts its delivery journey to you, we will issue you a refund for the total value of your order including any postage and packaging charges. 

4. Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us in The Temple Bar Pub. If, when you purchase one of our products, you are dissatisfied or not happy with the product, then please contact admin@thetemplebarpub.net to discuss this. The Temple Bar Pub will treat all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and refunds will depend on each individual basis.

In the case of damaged goods, we ask that you report any damage as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we can organise a replacement or a spare part to be sent out.

We conform to Irish and EU law and regulations for the purposes of whether or not to accept returns. We deal with cases as they happen on an individual basis.  We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible after delivery should you discover a fault or defect in the services or digital goods.

5. Contacting The Temple Bar Pub 

The Temple Bar Pub respects that everyone uses different platforms and works different hours. If you need to contact The Temple Bar Pub please email us on admin@thetemplebarpub.net

We review all emails throughout the day and respond to any queries within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Any correspondence received through social media and other platforms will be acknowledged and responded to within 48 hours. The Temple Bar Pub reserves the right to not reply to any emails or inquiries that they deem to spam, junk or of a false nature.

6.  Storing Personal Data 

The Temple Bar Pub respects confidentiality, transparency, and privacy. We will keep personal data in relation to clients in a variety of formats. 

The Temple Bar Pub will store personal data in a variety of methods. At all times security and confidentiality are essential to how we operate, and we will actively work within this environment. All personal data will be kept for two years upon placement of your order. All account transactions will be kept for seven years to satisfy all accounting legislation. 

7. Lodging a Subject Access Request

All customers and employees have access to their records and can request copies of the same under a Data Subject Access Request. Please note that this request should be sent to admin@thetemplebarpub.net

8. Legal Advice 

The Temple Bar Pub reserves the right to consult with its legal advisors in all cases of Court orders for access to personal records and/or all other information requests.

a) All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to The Temple Bar Pub.

b) Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication, distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without The Temple Bar Pub’s express prior written consent.

 When you visit The Temple Bar Pub either in person or online your details may be shared with the following parties:

10.2 Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers

10.4 Wi-Q – this is an order service that you can use to order drinks to your table. This company will have access to your email and order process- they are based in UK and covered under both UK-GDPR and the current adequacy decision in operation. 10.5 Google Earthcam- this service is a live stream camera that captures both internal and external images. To access these images, you are required to click on the link to Earthcam platform who have live feeds of various locations around the world. Please note that this site is separate to The Temple Bar Pub and we do not store any information from this live feed. To find more about your privacy and Earthcam please visit https://www.earthcam.com/company/privacy.php. You are informed that this camera is in operation on the menu when you arrive in The Temple Bar Pub and you can also access its contents via the website. Please note that personal images may be captured during the process of these live feeds.
