There’s a new bottle behind the bar, and it’s one we’ve been waiting a long time to pour. The Temple Bar Irish Vodka is here, a premium vodka created in Dublin, inspired by Ireland, and now the premium house pour at our bar.

Born in The Temple Bar

This one started with our customers. You asked, we listened, and after plenty of work behind the scenes, we’re proud to call it our own. The Temple Bar Irish Vodka was born right here in the heart of Dublin, designed to be the kind of vodka we wanted on our own shelf: clean, smooth, and good enough to drink neat.

It’s now the premium pouring vodka behind the bar, so if you’re in for a Martini, a Vodka Soda, or just a simple shot with friends, this is what you could be sipping.

Inspired by Ireland’s River Gods

Every good Irish drink has a story, and ours is rooted in mythology. The vodka takes its inspiration from Ireland’s River Gods, the ancient figures said to have shaped the rivers and lakes that run through the country. Water has always been central to Ireland’s identity, and it’s central to ours too. A great vodka starts with great water, and this one channels the energy of the rivers that shaped our legends.

The label, designed by the talented team at Widakk Design, brings that mythology to life. It’s a bottle that looks as good on the back bar as the vodka tastes in the glass.

Clean, Crisp, and Effortlessly Smooth

So how does it taste? Bold without being heavy. Crisp without being sharp. It’s a premium vodka built for the way we actually drink, easy to mix, easy to sip, and smooth enough that you’ll notice the difference from the first pour.

It works as well in a cocktail as it does over ice, which is exactly what we wanted from a house spirit. If you’re a vodka purist or someone who likes their drink with a bit of personality, there’s a place for this bottle in your night.

Come Raise a Glass

The Temple Bar Irish Vodka is now pouring at the bar. Drop in, order a glass, and tell us what you think, we’re proud of this one and we’d love for you to be part of the story.

Raise a glass, and let the River Gods keep the night flowing.
